Do each move for 30 seconds and then take a 30-second rest for as many rounds as possible. Marizu recommends three to five days a week. “You don’t have to work long, but we have to,” Marizu said. This means that you should pay attention to your diet. “Do your best and show your love and love will last by eating right,” she says.

This is how we follow, cry, and suck every muscle that wraps around the love handle area like a corset. I will show the exercises for you below.
Start with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees bent. With the weight in your hand, start with your arm across your body, holding the weight with both hands on the side of the thigh. Bring your arm up and diagonally across your body. This will work the muscles in your sides where your lover’s hands are. Make sure you are using your core to move the weight, not just your arms.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Keep the weights as shown. Bend to the side the weight is on and try to bring the weight to the floor and then back up. If you put your arm to the side without weight, you should be able to feel the muscles.
Lie on your side using your elbow for support. Make sure your elbow and shoulder are in a straight line. Spread your arm for better support. Place your feet on top of each other and lift them up. Hold the position for as long as you can.

To do the superman pose, lie on your stomach with your arms and legs extended. Then you lift your upper and lower body so that your upper torso and legs come off the ground. Repeat until you feel the heat. Once you feel the heat, do 5 more.
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Raise your legs to a 90-degree angle. Bring your right knee to your chest and bend up to meet your left elbow and step back. Repeat on the other side.
Sit down with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Raise your legs up and lean back a little. While holding the weight, bend to one side and lower the weight down to the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
