Workouts To Get Rid Of Cellulite On Thighs, Legs & Butt

Lie on your stomach with your legs apart and squeeze the balls of your feet together so that your legs form a diamond shape. This is your starting position. Exhale and lift your feet up as far as you can. At the top of the movement, squeeze your glutes. Inhale and slowly lower back to the starting position to complete one repetition. Tip:  Squeeze your butt and lift your legs as high as you can.

Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart with your toes turned out. This is your starting position. Keeping your stomach tight and your chest up, lower your butt, push into your heels. Squeeze your glutes and push back up slightly and pulse back down for one count. After the “pulse” push back to the starting position to complete one repetition. Tip:  Squeeze your butt as if you are trying to pick up and hold onto something with your rear cheeks

Stand with all your weight on one leg, while holding dumbbells. This is your starting position. Bend at the waist and lower your arms to the floor. Keep your hips square and the weights close to your body as you lower the dumbbells to the floor. Lift back to the starting position to complete one repetition. Complete the same number of repetitions with the other leg to complete one set. Tip:  Add ankle weights for more of a challenge

Start in a plank, with your hands stacked just below your shoulders and balance on your toes. While balancing, bend one leg and flex the foot. This is your starting position. Keep the leg bent and push the bent foot up towards the ceiling as far as you can. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement. Your back should remain completely still in a neutral spine with your hips straight toward the floor. Reverse the movement and return just short of the starting position to complete one repetition. Complete the same number of reps with both legs to complete one set. Tip:  You can also do a regular donkey kick, but this exercise also works your core. Flat abs make booty look bigger.

Get on your hands and knees. Extend one leg out to the side with the toe pointed. This is your starting position. Exhale and slowly lift the leg up and over the body towards the opposite side. Complete the same number of repetitions with the other leg to complete one set. Tip: Keep your hips straight and level during the movement. Tip:  Add ankle weights for more of a challenge.
