What To Do To Get Rid Of Stubborn Belly Fat

Like most women, I’ve struggled with losing stubborn fat in my lower belly. You think you eat healthy, exercise, and don’t overindulge. You’re losing weight, but your dog is staying the same. In my experience, there’s no secret to a magical diet that will make it go away…there’s definitely a lifestyle change going on here. The saying “abs are made in the kitchen” is so true! So, if you want to know how I got rid of poop in my lower abdomen, keep reading! (FYI, I have never been pregnant, so my lower belly issues are not due to pregnancy. This post is about my experience in getting rid of lower belly fat.)

Getting Rid Of Stubborn Fat With Fat Freeze

I’m not going to lie, my trainer writes meal plans for me. I’m training dancers for audition season, so sometimes I need that responsibility… When my gaffes are called out, I make fewer gaffes (because I’m not on a diet) , it’s very difficult for me to stick to a specific meal plan.) I only do it for a few months leading up to audition season, but I like tacos. I’m all for lifestyle changes, and when I’m not preparing for an audition, I eat snacks in moderation. ) Last year, I started auditioning in December 2018 and after the audition was over, I couldn’t keep up with his exact meal plan, but I tried to maintain healthier food choices and continue good eating habits. I did.

The photo on the left below is me in December 2018. I’ve always been thin, but as you can see, my lower abdomen has noticeably bulged. I’ve always struggled to gain and keep off weight, but as soon as I started gaining the wrong kind of weight, it quickly went to my lower abdomen. It always made me self conscious and I tried many ways to get rid of it but nothing worked. However, at that time I was drinking alcohol every weekend and eating too many desserts. But other than that, I was “healthy” but not “clean.”

The photo on the right is before I started eating again in preparation for my audition in January 2020. There was about an eight-month period between finishing my meal plan last year and starting it again this year. Even if you haven’t adhered to a strict eating plan, you’ve made some big lifestyle changes, such as eating a diet consisting primarily of fruits, vegetables, fish, and organic animal protein, and significantly cutting back on alcohol. (However, I’m not a drinker anymore), and I’ve cut back on desserts quite a bit.

Over the past year and a half or so, I’ve learned a lot about how my body works and how to properly fuel it. I know the causes of lower belly fat and I also know how to prevent it. I know everyone’s body is different, but I think the tips I’m going to share are things you can incorporate to be healthier overall and will help you get rid of belly fat as well.

How To Get Rid Of Belly Pooch

It may seem extreme, but you’ve probably told yourself, “I don’t mind having a few drinks.” But, as I said the same thing, it hurts when I drink one! Again, everyone’s body is different, and alcohol may not have an effect on belly fat for some people. But if you’re reading this, chances are you’re drinking a glass of wine every day, or having a few with friends. Not one of those people. So try cutting back on alcohol for two weeks or even a month…you won’t regret it.

Also, I occasionally drank wine or with friends, but after one drink I found it difficult to say no to another drink, and once I had that drink, I started to feel pressured by others. I did. If you don’t have any drinks, it’s easier to decline when someone offers you a drink. Also, if you’re just going to have one drink, how about water or unsweetened iced tea? Most people claim that they don’t feel any change after drinking it once, so why bother drinking it? Why do we consume calories and sugar?

The awkward thing about going out isn’t that you don’t drink alcohol, it’s that you don’t have a cup in your hand. So I only drink water or unsweetened iced tea. I also realized that by not drinking, I was making others uncomfortable more than I was making myself uncomfortable. There are a few things to think about.

If it’s in a package or you don’t know what it used to be, don’t eat it. Stick to fruits, vegetables, nuts, organic (or at least antibiotic-free) meats, wild-caught fish, and organic grains (like oats, quinoa, and rice…avoid bread and pasta). Don’t try to digest 30 different ingredients at once.

My philosophy is that God provides us with all the food we need, in the form we need. We are not meant to consume tons of preservatives and processed foods. If you’re a Christian or just curious about what the Bible says about what you should eat, look specifically at Ezekiel 4:9 and Genesis 1:29. God gives us fairly specific instructions about what foods we should eat.

You can season your food with seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, cinnamon, basil, and parsley. You know what I mean. We do not use artificial flavors and limit natural flavors. (Artificial and natural flavors, in my opinion, are the food industry’s version of flavor. There can be tons of ingredients hiding behind these words, and you have no idea what those ingredients are.) ) Doesn’t require a lot of MSG or high concentration flavorings. Fructose corn syrup makes food delicious!

Or strictly limit it to a few times a month. Again, I know this is extreme, but if you want a sweet dessert, it is possible to make it without white sugar. Good alternatives include coconut sugar, coconut nectar, raw organic honey, organic maple syrup, date sugar, stevia, ripe bananas, or applesauce. This is an adjustment to learning how to bake with natural sugars and sweeteners, but remember this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix diet. .

Did you know that humans are the only mammals that drink milk after infancy, and that we are the only mammals that drink the milk of other animals?! Consuming dairy products is not natural. Babies naturally drink their mother’s breast milk. Babies produce an enzyme called lactase that helps break down lactose. Humans stop producing lactase after they are about 5 years old. We adults aren’t designed to digest milk. So many people suffer from gas, bloating, and various other digestive issues and think it’s normal. It’s definitely not normal! If you’re wondering if you’ll be deficient in calcium if you don’t drink milk, that’s not the case. If you eat a balanced diet of whole foods, you won’t be deficient in most nutrients, including calcium. There are much better and healthier sources of calcium out there (like dark leafy vegetables). You don’t need dairy products to get enough calcium.
