What Exercise Gets Rid Of Cellulite On Bum
When the booty and top of the knee are smooth and taut, it’s like BAM, hello confidence. But, I know a lot of the ladies I work with look at their BAM cellulite and think to hell with it.

Common Causes Of Cellulite On The Legs And Butt
Spread your legs, lie on your stomach and squeeze the balls of your feet together so that your feet form a diamond shape. This is your starting position. Exhale and raise your legs as high as possible. At the top of the movement, squeeze your glutes. Exhale and slowly return to the starting position to complete one repetition. Tip: Squeeze your hips and lift your legs as high as you can.
Stand with your feet slightly shoulder-width apart and your toes turned out. This is your starting position. Keeping your abs tight and your chest straight, lower your hips and push into your heels. Squeeze the glutes and push them back a little, then lower them to count the pulse. After the pulse, return to the starting position to complete one repetition. Tip: Tuck your butt as if you’re trying to pick something up with your butt cheeks.
Hold the dumbbells and put all your weight on one leg. This is your starting position. Lower your hands to the floor and bend at the waist. As you lower the dumbbells to the floor, keep your hips square and the weights close to your body. Return to the starting position to complete one repetition. Do the same number of repetitions with the other leg to complete one set. Tip: Add weight to the ankle for more of a challenge
Start in plank, placing your hands directly under your shoulders and balancing on your toes. While balancing, bend one leg and bend your leg. This is your starting position. Bend your leg and push your bent leg towards the ceiling as far as possible. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement. Your lower back should be completely still in a neutral spine, with your hips in line with the floor. Reverse the movement and step back briefly from the starting position to complete one repetition. Do the same number of repetitions with both legs to complete one set. Tip: You can also do a simple ass kick, but this exercise also does the trick. A flat belly makes the prey look bigger.
How To Get Rid Of Cellulite
Get on your hands and knees. Stretch one leg out to the side with your toes. This is your starting position. Exhale and slowly lift your leg up and across your body to the opposite side. Exhale and return to the starting position for one repetition. Do as much as you can until you feel the burn. Once you feel the burn, do 5 more, then stop. Do the same number of repetitions with the other leg to complete one set. Tip: Keep your hips square and even throughout the movement. Tip: Add weight to the ankle for more of a challenge. This is one of my favorite butt exercises because it helps lift and round the butt.

And since it’s mostly in the hips and thighs, focus on working your lower body hard when you hit the gym. Squats are one of the most effective exercises you can do to strengthen and tone your lower body. Make sure your weight is on your ankles and your back is straight as you move your hips up and down. Be careful not to let your knees go past your toes. For best results, bend over until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
Strength Exercises To Tighten Butt Cellulite
Squats work every leg muscle from the quads to the lower leg muscles as well as the glutes. They burn calories and tone muscles, eliminate fat and soften the appearance of cellulite. If you want to increase the intensity, you can hold dumbbells of your choice of weight while squatting!
For this exercise, you will need a BOSU Balance Trainer. Lie on your back, bend your knees and place your feet on the balance machine. Lift your hips so your knees, hips, and chest are in line. Making sure your core is engaged, squeeze your glutes and hold for 2-3 seconds, then slowly lower to the floor. Repeat for 10 to 15 reps.
Hip bridge builds muscle and works the abdominals, glutes, thighs and lower back. This is a great way to improve blood circulation and increase tone. If you want more of a challenge, you can use dumbbells. Hold the hips with both hands in a horizontal position as you raise and lower them.
Lunges are a great way to build your lower body muscles, especially your quads, glutes, and hamstrings. They get your blood flowing too! Hold two dumbbells, one in each hand, with your feet together. Step forward with your left foot and lower your knee to a 90-degree angle. Keep your back straight as you bend over your left leg, making sure your knee doesn’t go past your toes. Return to standing position and repeat with the other leg. Repeat the sequence 10 times with each leg.

Any type of cardio, whether it’s running, cycling or swimming, is a great way to get rid of cellulite. Cardio exercises not only help you burn fat, but they are also the best way to improve blood circulation in your body. You should do cardio 3-5 days a week to get rid of excess fat that contributes to the appearance of cellulite.
Cardio exercises keep your circulatory and respiratory systems in top condition, help increase blood flow, and increase your metabolism. All of these are key to reducing the appearance of cellulite!
