The Real Causes And Reasons Why You Have Large Front Thighs

Lie on your back with your arms by your sides. Begin by pointing your left foot as if your toes are pointing toward the ceiling. Begin tracing the letter to the ceiling with your toes, moving your whole leg but keeping your hips still. Do not lift your left hip off the floor. Continue tracing the letter until you end up with the letter ‘Z’. You can print uppercase or lowercase letters or lowercase – it doesn’t matter. After that, Switch legs to complete one set and repeat the character on the other side. Take a break if needed.

Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Keeping your abs tight, keep your upper body upright and exhale as you lower your clothes straight. Keep your core tight and move with one fluid movement; Pull your leg up across your body with a small kick at the end and immediately return to the starting position. Do as many as you can until you feel the burn… feel the burn and do 5 more reps to complete the set. Repeat the same number of times with each leg to complete your set.

Lying on your back your side (inner and outer thigh); Leg presses can be performed from a desk position or standing. Walk up and down your legs with pointed and bent toes. Do as many as you can until you feel the burn. Then count to 10 (for beginners) to 30+…or as many as you can while maintaining proper form. Do the same number of reps with both legs to complete your set.

Lie face down on the floor with your hands on the floor and stretch your legs. Point your toes and raise your legs about 6 inches off the ground. Quickly open and close your legs; Cross the right thigh to the left and reverse the movement. ‘Scissor your legs’ as you lower yourself back down to about 6 inches off the floor without touching the ground. Continue scissoring your legs until you feel the burn… Once you feel the burn, do 5 more reps to complete the set.

Lie down on a mat with your arms by your sides, palms facing down. Start by placing a stability ball between your feet and squeezing your ankles together. Stretch the ball upwards as shown. Breathe in and start rolling the ball in a circular motion. Only your ankles should move the ball and your core should stay tight to control the movement. Avoid lifting your hips off the floor. Do as many as you can until you feel the burn… feel the burn and do 5 more reps to complete the set.
