How To Get Rid Of Love Handles Workouts
You CAN lose your love handles when you use targeted exercises in addition to a balanced diet and training program. But please note, that you cannot spot the reduction of love handles with exercises alone. If you don’t eat and exercise the rest of your body your results will be negligible.

But there is good news! All the lovemaking exercises I’m sharing today work together to build the muscles of the lower back like a corset. This will help you get faster results when using one of my diet plans.
Notice how all the exercises target the lower back and waist in different ways. That is the secret sauce that makes this exercise so effective.

Lie on the floor with your knees bent. Your arms should be below your side with your palms on the floor. Lift your shoulders off the floor. This will be your starting position. Reach one hand down to the heel on the same side. Without lowering your shoulders, immediately return to the starting position, then repeat the movement on the other side to complete one repetition.
Love Handles: Causes And Workouts
Start in a side plank position. Lift your upper leg and extend your free arm up. This is your starting point. Bend your elbow and knee as much as you can. Release the restriction and return to the starting position to complete a rep. Do the same number of repetitions on the other side to complete a set.
Take a dumbbell and sit on the floor with your legs wide apart. Hold the weight and bend your knees as you lift your feet off the floor. Hold a weight out in front of you and keep your back straight and slightly backward while balancing on your glutes. This is your starting point. Twist your torso and press the weight to one side. Then reverse the movement, rolling it across your body, dipping the weight to the other side. A dip on both sides completes a rep.
Get into a side plank with your upper arm stretched overhead. This is your starting point. Swing your arm down and under your body, pressing it through the wall between your body and the floor, as if pulling a thread through a needle. Reverse the movement and return to the starting position to complete one repetition. Do the same number of repetitions on the other side to complete a set.
Stand with your feet more than shoulder-width apart, with a dumbbell in both hands. Lift one arm straight up and keep the opposite arm down at your side. This is your starting point. Lower your lower arm to your leg, as far as you can, letting your other arm extend upwards. Reverse the movement and return to the starting position to complete one rep. Repeat the same number of repetitions on the other side to complete your set.
Lose Your Love Handles Workout In 3 Days Or 1 Week!
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Using both hands, lift a dumbbell overhead. This is your starting point. Slowly put weight on one side. Pause for a count then lower the weight back up and forward to the opposite side to complete one rep. Slowly ‘mark’ the weight back and forth like a pendulum, until you complete your set.

If your love handles make you feel insecure, these exercises will help! They are the exact same exercises I recommend with my personal training clients and do myself because they work!
But if you want to really see your booty pop and your waistline shrink you have to – I still HAVE ENOUGH – do the exercises with passion.
How Women Can Get Rid Of Love Handles Fast
In it, I include 6 different love-making exercises that you can rotate into your routine – or do them all together for the perfect love-making-lost workout.
Getting fat off the love handles area can be tricky. The muscles in the lower back attach to the spine and pelvis in different directions. Some muscles run up and down. Some are rectangular.
I have found that the best exercises for love target and engage the lower back muscles from all different angles and directions. Note: that’s what these exercises do and why they’re so good!
When these exercises are done together in one exercise, they tighten all the muscles like a waist trainer, reducing the appearance of love handles and waist. WOW!
Get Rid Of Your Love Handles In The Gym
That’s how we’re going to target, tone, and relax all the muscles that surround the love-making area like a corset. I will show you the exercises below.
Start with your feet shoulder width apart, and your knees slightly bent. With a weight in your hand, start with your arm across your body, holding the weight with both hands next to the opposite hip. Raise your arm up and diagonally across your body. This works the muscles in your side where your love handles are. Make sure you are using your core to lift the weight, not just your arms.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the weights as shown. Bend to the side the weight is on and try to bring the weight to the floor, then come back up. If you place your hand on the side you have no weight on, you should be able to feel the muscles working.
Lie on your side using your elbow for support. Make sure your elbow and shoulder are in a straight line. Spread your gratitude to receive for the best support. Place your feet on top of each other and lift up. Hold the position as long as you can.
How To Get Rid Of Love Handles
To perform the Superman exercise, lie on your stomach with your arms and legs extended. You will lift both your upper and lower body so that your toes and feet are off the ground. Repeat until you feel the burn. Once you see the light, do 5 more.
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Bring your legs to a 90-degree angle. Bring your right knee to your chest and go up to meet it with your left elbow and back down. Repeat with the other side.
Sit on your bottom with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Raise your legs and lean back a little. While holding a weight, roll to one side and lower the weight down toward the floor. Return to the starting position and immediately repeat the movement on the other side.
