Dr. Drinkle grew up in Oshawa and attended R.S. McLaughlin C.V.I. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic designation from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2019 and is excited to join our team!

Through her own experiences and seeing firsthand the many benefits of chiropractic care, she believes that everyone at any age can benefit from manual therapy. She is passionate about providing care to people at all stages of life.

Stephanie is certified in Clinical Acupuncture and trained in Active Release Therapy. Melissa grew up locally in the small town of Sunderland. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in 2005 and a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2007 from the University of Western Ontario. After graduation, Melissa began working in outpatient physiotherapy clinics, primarily treating orthopedic conditions. Rosemary Deitch has worked in health care in Lindsay since 1985. Her passion for health began in nursing, where she worked for 10 years, primarily in extended care facilities and at Ross Memorial Hospital.

Rosemary saw the benefits of massage therapy through her experience as a nurse, which inspired her to explore this career path since 1994. Rosemary was fortunate enough to teach her passion at Sir Sandford Fleming College for three years. Her 24 years of experience in massage therapy has allowed her to successfully treat many different conditions; including but not limited to neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, sciatica, chronic pain conditions, muscle strain and stress-related pain.

Her approach is to use deep pressure to reduce muscle tension, trigger points and adhesions within each client’s tolerance. Her continuing education has led her to practice therapeutic touch, cranial-sacral therapy and most recently acupuncture.

Her goal for each client is to tailor her treatment to the individual by using a variety of techniques to improve their lifestyle.

Ryan Plumpton graduated with an Advanced Diploma from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. His curiosity lends a problem-solving nature to both orthopedic testing and manual therapy. He considers himself the Swiss Army Knife of the RMT. He builds experience in treatment as much as possible. Knowing that sometimes a knot is caused by fascial binding or that the cramping can lead to further inflammation in the neural pathway; Having a limited vision never made sense. Instead, Ryan makes sure he does his best to make sure he can treat whatever is put in front of him. Ryan has had success treating a wide variety of conditions; From improving range of motion and reducing inflammation after knee replacement, to providing much-needed pain relief for those suffering from fibromyalgia or chronic headaches.

Ryan is constantly updating his massage and strongly believes in the health care partnership; He incorporates a great deal of home-care and preventative exercises into the treatments to help you take the best care of yourself. Mikayla is one of the full-time administrative officers here at the Adelaide Clinic. Mikayla was born in Peterborough but grew up in Lakefield. She graduated high school with honors. Mikayla has always been a ‘people person’ and has been interested in helping and caring for people throughout her life. In 2019, Mikayla took the Personal Support Worker program at Fleming College. She worked as a PSW in the community and as a medical supply store. After working at a medical supply store she found her love for paperwork!! She completed her Hospital Nursing Unit Secretary at Fleming College in 2020.

Mikayla lives outside Omemee with her fiancé and daughter with their 2 dogs. She enjoys spending her holidays outdoors with her family and friends.

Brooklyn started in 2020 as a co-op student at the Adelaide Clinic. Brooklyn is a 2021 graduate of LCVI Secondary School, which also awarded her the title of Ontario Scholar with honors in her final year. Currently, Brooklyn is in her first year of Fleming Colleges Practical Nursing program. She hopes to pursue her dreams of becoming a registered nurse. When not working, Brooklyn enjoys spending time with family and traveling the world.

She lives in Lindsey with her husband, 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Tania enjoys all things organizational and thoroughly enjoys working with her new work fam!

Dr. Kevin began his academic career at the University of Waterloo, where he graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, he worked at the Development Laboratory of DuPont Canada before resuming his studies at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. There he graduated magna cum laude in 2001.

Dr. Kevin has been married to his wife Theresa since 1995 and they have five children Tyrus, Brady, Keely, Peyton and Raelyn. They enjoy playing sports, reading and traveling.
