What made things worse is that instead of taking responsibility for his actions and trying to solve the problem, he blamed experts and managers in his businesses.

Managers can use their leadership skills by defining their desired effect, presenting their vision and goals forcefully, and thinking proactively, and building and strengthening relationships with employees who work in the organization (Komives and Wagner, 2012) A manager who only gives orders and does not assist in helping others or strengthening relationships is not considered a leader and will not help employees progress. Moreover, teamwork is really important in an organization and the only way it can fulfill its goals and make profits is if all its members work together effectively, whatever the -position or their work role (Harris, 2002). In general, a leader is an individual who will do everything possible to succeed, make the organization successful, and most importantly, assist others and help them grow both financially and personally (Yukl, 2012).
