I take two capsules every night with no problems at all. Within an hour I AM OUT for the count. The first few nights I was like, no, it can’t be. WRONG!!! It can and it did! I have been taking this magnesium for about 2 weeks now. I take 2 at night about 1 hour before I go to bed and it has helped tremendously with getting deeper sleep.
