You Need To Eat More Magnesium
I started taking magnesium about 6 weeks ago to improve my sleep as I wake up between 2 and 4 in the morning and rarely get a full night’s sleep. After a few months of disturbed sleep, I was a mess. I had hoped that the magnesium would not only help me sleep better and longer, but also help me manage stress and anxiety. I can honestly say I feel like myself again after 6 weeks. I’m finally sleeping better! 9 out of 10 nights I can get about 8 hours of sleep which has changed my life. I am sleeping better than ever in my life which I never thought would be possible now that I am in perimenopause. Not only has my sleep improved, but my stress and anxiety levels have dropped significantly. I’ve been taking magnesium for a few days now. It helps me with my rest less legs in nite. I take 2 pills 30 minutes before bed time. I see the difference. Before I would constantly kick my legs at nite n get very frustrated. I am more calm and Relaxed now. Thank you Andrea n Morphus 🤗
