The thought of “aerobics” is enough to bring anyone to tears. But don’t worry, you don’t need to do much. Doing 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every other day or even six days a week is an effective way to get rid of excess belly fat. It doesn’t matter how intense the exercise is. Even walking for 30 minutes six days a week can make a big difference.
Stand with your feet spread apart and place your weight on your left leg. Hold a dumbbell or medicine ball with both hands and lift it toward your left shoulder. Then, twist down toward your right hip, rotating your feet and knees with the twist. Lift the weight back to your left shoulder and repeat 20 times. Then work the right side 20 more times.
Start in a seated position with your body in a C shape, keeping your knees bent, feet on the floor, and your torso tilted back at a 45-degree angle. Remember to keep your back straight. Holding dumbbells or an exercise ball in both hands, lift your feet off the ground and balance on your hips. Then twist your body from left to right, and then to the left again, with both sides of the dumbbells touching the ground. Repeat back and forth about 50 times.

Start in a standing position. Squat down and place your hands on the ground. Kick your feet back into a push-up plank position. Perform push-ups. Jump your feet back into a squat, then jump up explosively. Land gently and return to starting position. Complete three rounds of 30 seconds each.
