If you’re struggling to slim down your thighs, this week’s CCtv episode is for you! In this video I explain how to reduce thigh fat, and share the best thigh slimming exercises and exercises that really work.

Lie on your back with your arms at your sides. Start by pointing with your left foot, as if you are reaching for the ceiling with your toes. Begin to trace the letters on the ceiling with your fingers, and move your whole leg, but keep your hips still. Do not lift your left hip off the floor. Continue following the letters until you end up with the letter ‘Z’. You can write in uppercase or lowercase…  print or cursive – it doesn’t matter. When finished, switch legs and repeat the letters on the other side to complete one set. Take a break if you need it!

Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed. Tighten your abs and inhale as you lower your booty straight down, keeping your upper body upright. Lower until your buttocks are in line with your knees, then exhale and push up to the starting position to complete one repetition.
